Access Help

Your plugin access is connected to the email address approved for your purchase. When signing in, use the same email address you provided at checkout.

If you purchased using one email but use a different email for ChatGPT, contact support so we can update your access.

Common Issues

Access is not active

Confirm that you signed in with the email connected to your purchase.

Plugin asks you to reconnect

Open ChatGPT Settings, select Plugins, choose the eBoss247 plugin, and click Reconnect.

Cannot sign in

Use the Reset Password option on the login screen or contact support.

Plugin is not responding correctly

Start a new ChatGPT conversation, select the plugin again, and retry your request. If the issue continues, send us a screenshot and a short description of what happened.
