By purchasing, installing, connecting to, accessing, or using any eBoss247 product or service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not purchase, access, or use the service.

2. Eligibility

3. Licensed Access

Purchasing an eBoss247 AI Generator gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the purchased product.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the AI Generator, its private instructions, workflows, software, branding, training materials, or access systems.

Access is connected to the customer and verified email address associated with the purchase.

4. Account and Email Requirements

You are responsible for:

• Providing a valid email address

• Signing in with the approved email connected to your purchase

• Keeping your login information secure

• Notifying support if your purchasing email and login email are different

• Maintaining control of your email and authentication accounts

You may be required to create an account or authenticate through an approved identity provider before using an AI Generator.

Do not share passwords, authentication codes, access tokens, or private login links.

5. No Account Sharing

Each license is intended for one authorized customer unless the applicable sales page expressly states otherwise.

You may not:

• Share your account or plugin access with another person

• Allow another person to use your licensed login

• Sell, transfer, sublicense, rent, or redistribute access

• Purchase one license for use by multiple unrelated people

• Circumvent email verification or other access controls

• Create unauthorized copies of an AI Generator

• Extract or distribute private prompts, instructions, workflows, or system information

Access may be suspended or terminated if unauthorized sharing or circumvention is detected.

Additional licenses may be required for team members, employees, clients, students, or business partners.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our products or services to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations

• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights

• Create fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, or unlawful content

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

• Introduce malware or interfere with service operation

• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, databases, servers, or administrative systems

• Reverse engineer or reproduce our private systems

• Resell access unless you have written authorization from DoYou247 LLC

• Use automated methods to overload, scrape, copy, or exploit the service

• Avoid payment, licensing, or security requirements

We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, systems, or the business.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated results may contain errors, omissions, inconsistencies, unexpected elements, or similarities to other content.

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing every output before use

• Correcting spelling, anatomy, formatting, and factual errors

• Confirming that an output is suitable for your intended purpose

• Obtaining any required licenses or permissions

• Checking trademarks, copyrights, and commercial-use restrictions

• Following the policies of OpenAI, ChatGPT, marketplaces, printers, and other platforms you use

DoYou247 LLC does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be unique, error-free, non-infringing, commercially successful, or accepted by a particular marketplace.

8. Commercial Use

Unless the applicable product page states otherwise, customers may use eligible generated results in their own personal or commercial projects, subject to:

• Applicable law

• These Terms

• OpenAI’s applicable terms and policies

• Third-party platform rules

• Trademark, copyright, privacy, and publicity rights

• Any restrictions stated on the product sales page

Commercial-use permission for generated results does not include permission to resell, copy, distribute, or recreate the underlying AI Generator, private workflow, instructions, access system, or training materials.

9. Intellectual Property

DollHaus AI, the eBoss247 brand, product names, logos, private instructions, workflows, access systems, course materials, templates, graphics, website content, and original business materials are owned by or licensed to DoYou247 LLC.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property.

You may not copy, distribute, publish, sell, modify, disclose, or create a competing service from our protected materials without written authorization.

10. Third-Party Services

Our services may depend on third-party providers, including:

• OpenAI and ChatGPT

• Auth0

• Cloudflare

• Stan Store

• Payment processors

• Website, email, analytics, and support providers

Your use of these services may also be governed by their terms and policies.

We do not control third-party systems and are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, discontinued features, or other actions taken by those providers.

11. Purchases and Payments

Prices, payment options, license terms, included features, and access periods are displayed on the applicable sales page at the time of purchase.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process your transaction.

Prices and product features may change for future purchases. Changes do not alter a completed purchase unless required by law or expressly stated.

12. Refunds

Because digital products and licensed access may be delivered immediately, purchases are generally final once access or downloadable materials have been provided, except where otherwise stated on the sales page or required by law.

Before purchasing, review the product description, technical requirements, included features, and license terms.

Refunds, when approved, may result in immediate termination of the corresponding product access.

Never send your password, complete payment-card information, authentication code, or access token.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated

• Access is shared or resold without permission

• A purchase is refunded, reversed, or charged back

• Fraud or unauthorized activity is detected

• The service is used unlawfully or harmfully

• Continued access creates a security or operational risk

Termination does not grant ownership of the product or create a right to continue using private systems or materials.

17. Educational and Income Disclaimer

Business, marketing, design, and AI-related information is provided for educational purposes.

Results vary based on effort, experience, market conditions, pricing, audience, product quality, and other factors. DoYou247 LLC does not guarantee income, sales, profits, business growth, marketplace approval, or specific results.

Nothing provided constitutes legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, or professional advice.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

DoYou247 LLC disclaims warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, suitable for every purpose, or compatible with every platform or device.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

19. Limitation of Liability

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total liability relating to a product or service will not exceed the amount you paid DoYou247 LLC for that specific product or service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
